Called A1 Drain Unblockers. Explained my concerns. Was told he\'d be there at 3.15pm. And he was. He asked questions, looked at the potential direction for the drains, looked at all the traps, assessed where he thought the blockage was, and went from there. Turns out he was right. Discovered that not only does Vinesh unblock drains with high powered jets, but he is also a New Zealand registered Drainlayer. No upselling at all. Just good old fashioned, decent advice, trade approach. Happy with service and expertise.

Really professional service! Vinesh had a great attitude with experience that complimented it. We had a blocked kitchen sink and contacted Vinesh for an urgent fix, he responded immediately and despite his busy schedule squeezed us in the very same day. He was extremely patient and answered my many questions and also gave us many tips and tricks to avoid this situation in the future. He not only did the required task perfectly but also looked at a couple other jobs and advised us on how we need to clean up the drains to avoid flooding in the future. It was refreshing to get this level of service! It is not very common to get this level of service without paying an exorbitant fee as charged by some. Vinesh is punctual, experienced and I would highly recommend him!
